Raising/Spending campaign cash: COH Runoff elections

Buzbee put another $2.3 Million of his wealth into his campaign for a total of $12.3 Million.

Dolcefino raised $19,215 with $14,500 coming from PACs and 2 other donors. Kubosh still has a $276,000 loan. Plummer has a $21,900 outstanding loan, and Eric Dick has a $75,000 loan with another $65,205 spent out of his own pocket for this period.
