On the one hand, you have a Photoshopped picture of something that probably never happened.
On the other hand, you have a photo of 200,000 non-citizens who can't vote who came out for a free concert with free food and beer that was followed by a speech by an American politician whose campaign staff had intitially suggested the crowd might hit 1,000,000.
Unless you are suggesting that this year's Democrat vote-fraud strategy will include counting the votes of non-resident non-citizens, his reception in Europe doesn't really matter.
By the way, I can't help but remember that Carter was popular among the Euro-trash while Reagan was despised by them. Feel free to draw your own conclusion.
I see the McCain campaign staff apparently reads local blogs. But evidently not the newspapers. Financial contributions to Obama from expats are running about ten to one over McCain.
And then there is the matter of donations from our military families, most also going to Obama.
And the reference to Euro-trash does nothing except reaffirm why we are largely despised around the world.
Jesus, these are some nasty, vicious people we are dealing with.
Scare the heckoutof the GOP? I suppose if the race was for President of Europe. God knows the citizens of France and Germany have exercised excellent judgment in their own affairs since 1914.
No, I am not McCain campaign staff. I'm just a resident of Clear Lake area here in Harris County who likes to look at local blogs and see what they have to say.
As for my Euro-trash comment, I simply consider that we pulled Europe's butt out of the fire (at least) twice in the twentieth century, and in both cases the immediate response was the same sort of anti-Americanism you see now. So quite honestly, I don't give a good G*d-D*mn about what the Europeans and the rest feel about us. As long as they fear us as well, I'm content.

But on your comment. 200,000 came to watch Obama speak in Germany. It shows that even our allies are wanting a change in our country.
Too bad we still have some people who want a republican administration after what they have done to this country.
200,000. If it doesn't make you think twice, you aren't thinking.
Funny thing about it is that McCain was whining about Obama not going to other countries. Well he did.
Now McCain is whining because he is getting HUGE amounts of attention.
What a whiner.
Why, exactly, should Republicans be worried?

I think McCain people are jealous.
McCain couldn't get 2000 to show up in a european country, much less 200,000.
The republicans have a boat anchor for a candidate. It will be hard for you to rise to the top.
