It's our State Representative, John Davis!

Capitol Annex has been teasing with a series of youtubes on "The Most Endangered Republican in the Texas House" for the last few days and today they disclosed who it is, our State Representative John Davis.

Beside everything Capitol Annex has disclosed, Davis was the architect of the privatization of Children Health Insurance Program that was a total disaster costing taxpayers hundreds of millions in tax dollars. Two years later, after defending the program, he took credit for partially repealing the disaster he created.

Being on the Appropriations Committee, he also supported the disastrous Business Tax and now according to his website, he is going to fight to repeal it! Talk about flip flopping!

Davis has also been a firm supporter of college tuition deregulation, electricity deregulation, and insurance deregulation. He has been named as "furniture" by Texas Monthly, and is one of the Toxic Twenty voting against clean air.

All in all, Davis has been the champion of failures and protector of corporations.
