Austin. Gov. Rick Perry today issued the following statement regarding his decision to seek re-election in 2010:"Over the last 8 years under my conservative, republican leadership the State of Texas has never has it's ass so far up in the air since the battle of the Alamo.
Insurance rates are the highest in the nation, 25% higher than 2nd place Louisiana. Deregulation of electricity and college tuition has failed, resulting in extremely high rates and old people crowding into convenient stores to camp out in their coolers.
We have shifted taxes from the wealthy to the common every day citizen. Our air quality is the worst in the nation. Teachers are still under paid. The insurance and homebuilders own the Governors office and I can't get them to leave. Finally we slashed hundreds of thousands of low income kids off of the CHIP program leaving them to fend for themselves when they get sick. God Bless those little bastards.
But we have so much more to accomplish. Together we can increase our cost for health insurance, execute more people whether guilty or not, privatize our schools, water supply, and our roads. So today with our ass proudly waving in the Texas breeze, I announce my candidacy for Governor of Texas.
God help us all.

How classy and truly Texan.

You should report him to the alamo police.
More to the point, Matt ought to try to defend Governor 39%.
Perry Sucks and should never have been put into office. All I can say Matt is when the people can no longer afford anything because of this bastard. Or because of all the worthless scum in Washington, the rioters will prevail. Why would I? I didn't vote for him, and I'll be happy when he's out of office.

Go right ahead. Assuming you can read, you can find my address in the phone book, too.
